Moreover, you can see how the application of the latest technologies for slicing and packaging guarantee the perfect preservation of flavors and aromas, while continuous analysis and quality controls are conducted to ensure maximum safety.
Alongside our store at Guijuelo’s main Street (188, Filiberto Villalobos). From there we will begin a tour of all the secrets of Ibérico world.
2.- Tour of our production facilities:
To begin the visit, a tour of the facilities and cellars where our loins and sausages are made. All secrets revealed… except of course the traditional recipe of our marinades, which remains virtually unchanged from 60 years ago. Pure tradition and artisanship. The greatest treasures of our own production well deserve a leisurely tour. As much as the silence in our maturation cellars where the products remain for as much as 40 months developing all their flavor and aroma.
3.- Ham carving:
One of our master slicers, with detailed explanations and his set of knifes, tells visitors all the secrets of a good cut, important to fully enjoy and get the most out of our ham.
